This report aims to explain their economic and social conditions, including statistics, through Excel data prepared based on a survey conducted in 29 districts like Nizamabad, Medak, and Siddipet in the state of Telangana, using field data collected under the auspices of the Samajik Samarasata Vedika.

This study not only identifies the problems, but also recommends immediate steps to be taken by the governments to correct historical injustices and provide them with constitutional rights.

The main purpose of this book is not only to record their history, but also to analyze their current living standards based on primary data collected at the field level. The aim of this survey is to find answers to the questions why their fate has not changed despite the change of rulers? Why does society still look at them with suspicion? In particular, it brings to light the struggle of the Bailu Kammara, Chindu, Nakkala, and other dependent castes in Telangana. It not only highlights the issues, but also recommends immediate steps to be taken by governments to correct historical injustices and provide them with constitutional rights.
